Y2O Cancellation Policy

Time Frame for Cancellation/Modification:
Please initiate any cancellation or modification within 1-2 hours after placing your order.
Email all cancellation details to infoaty2o@gmail.com

Refund Conditions for canceled orders:
Full refund if canceled before the package is handed over to the courier.
No cancellations once the order has been dispatched or booked by the courier.

Delivery Delays:​

  • Y2O is not liable for delays caused by Courier Company/Postal authorities.

  • No cancellations due to delayed orders.

Conditions for Domestic Shipments:​

  • Return requests within 72 hours of receiving the product at returns.y2o@gmail.com with order ID.

  • Products must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging.

  • Y2O reserves the right to conduct a quality check.

Ineligible Scenarios for Exchange/Returns:​

  • Requests made outside the specified 72-hour time frame.

  • Damaged due to mishandling or use.

  • Not in the received condition, missing price tags, or without original packaging and bills.

Defective or Damaged Products:
Notify via email (infoaty2o@gmail.com) within 24 hours with order ID, pictures, and video.
Do not accept delivery if the package is opened or tampered.

Return Process:
Initiate returns at returns.y2o@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.
Ship the product back within 7 days after confirmation.

Refund and Credit Note:

  • Full refund for defect issues or different/wrong product received.

  • Credit Note issued for other issues (imperfect fit, late arrival, no more needed, etc.).

Exchange Process:
Thorough quality check upon receiving the product.
Exchange for same amount, different product, or higher/lower amount with relevant adjustments.

Refund Processing:​

  • Refunds and shipping reimbursements within 7-15 business days after product cancellation/receipt.

  • Refunds returned to the original source/mode of payment.

Offline Payment Orders:

Customers need to provide bank details for refunds of offline payment orders via returns.y2o@gmail.com.

Note: Returned items not meeting conditions won't be accepted and will be returned at customer's expense.
